Wearable Tech Range Unveiled By Fossil

The American fashion brand, Fossil renowned for making luxury watches has released its first range of connected products during various fashion shows in the United States. As the debut line of wearable tech accessories, the fashion brand has collaborated with Intel and Google. They are calling the new line Fossil Q.

Three connected accessories from Fossil Q were recently showcased at the Baja East and Dion Lee fashion shows in New York. The brand also released a connected bracelet and “non-display” watch at the event, according to the Fossil’s blog.

It was also mentioned in the official blog that the bracelet would be available for both men and women. The highlight of the bracelets would be that they’d come in a wide range of strap colors and materials. The blog also mentioned that the watches would also be available with various strap options.

All these wearable connected products will be compatible with both Android and iOS based smartphone apps.  Another attraction of the wearable connected range is that each piece will come with a companion app and activity tracker to help wearers track their daily movements. Wearers can also manage notifications and join a community of “curious-minded individuals”. Fossil Q will be available for the public by Christmas.
