Almost all girls long and yearn for healthy hair that defines their personality to an extent. Some have naturally thick hair and others may have quite thin hair. In both cases, not much of hair styling can be tried. For healthy hair, here are some ways to add shine and thickness to your hair.
Avoid over-drying your hair
Over-drying your hair when wet can result in loss of elasticity and natural volume out of your hair. Do not run the dryer too much and that too with a round brush.
Avoid Very Long Hair
For a good volume in your hair, a medium to shortcut length is always good. They are easy to maintain. The longer hair results in thinner and stringy looking hair.
Embrace your hair texture. No straightening and blow-drying hair!
If you have curly or wavy hair, stop overdoing with the straighteners and blow dryers. This will spoil the hair texture and is bad for hair health.
Style your hair or part them on the opposite side from the usual fall
Part your hair in the opposite direction from the usual fall. This will give a volume and thickness to your hair.
Oil your hair with coconut oil.
Oiling only adds shine to your hair. Shampoo your hair after oiling to get rid of all the dirt as well.
