1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON GEMEXI.COM?

Ordering on Gemexi.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click the "Add To Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your Paypal information.

2. IS IT SAFE TO MAIL JEWELRY?

We ship our jewelry by highly trusted carriers like FedEx, India Post, EMS, DHL or Reputed Logistics Provider so the chances of anything happening to your prized package are super slim. Plus, all our shipments are fully insured. Visit our Shipping and Handling for more information.

3. HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY BE DELIVERED?

(a) Our packaging only states 'Gemexi' and 'Rising Sun Impex’' on the package, and the contents are not identifiable.
(b) We use FedEx / EMS / Global Reputed Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed fast / express delivery service, which usually takes 7-10 days after we post the item and will require a signature.
Please note, delivery is free and your item will be fully insured during transit. Also, we can deliver products to PayPal shipping addresses only.

4. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED?

We will email you once your item has been dispatched, we generally email delivery confirmations around 5 pm Indian standard time so if you're expecting an item to be dispatched on a particular day, please be sure to check your email after 5 pm/6 pm IST. A link with tracking information will be emailed and packages can be traced through that.

5. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

(a) Generally, we take 7-10 working days for all items (there are a few countries that will take 2-3 weeks).
(b) If you need your order urgently or for a very specific date, please write to us at [email protected] mentioning your requirement along with the Invoice / Order number. We'll do everything we can to have your item delivered to you before time. At a little extra cost, you can upgrade your shipment to Express.

7. CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE PCS OF A DESIGN

Sorry, as we sell Unique ONE OF A KIND jewelry at our website, you’ll find only one pcs of every single design, so if you want to order multiple pcs for a particular design, you have to email us at [email protected] and we can see if we can create something similar in quantity.

8. CAN YOU RESIZE RING

We do not resize as we are selling ready stock jewelry.
