The report elucidates that a group of men drilled through a 50 cm thick concrete wall to break the Hatton Garden Safe.

On January 14, The Guardian reported that the officials of the Hatton Garden diamond district of London are now in relief as the robbers who robbed GBP 14 million from the safe are convicted. The U.K daily revealed the names of the three members, involved in the robbery. Carl Wood of Cheshunt, Hertfordshire along with two others Hugh Doyle, of Enfield, north London as well as William Lincoln of Bethnal Green, east London pronounced guilty. The report explains that the group of men drilled the 50 cm thick and strong concerete wall to get into the Hatton Garden Safe Deposit Vault. The report too reveals the master plan was turned into reality over the Easter weekend in the year 2015. It is likewise cited in the report that around $12.8 million of the loot has not been retrieved thus far. Further, the raid has a specified outcome as 39 victims lost their property.
