The increased diamond sales aside from the few jitters in the vacation season makes the time of year for the retailers, particularly involved in the diamond industry and designing courses. After a survey of nearly more than25 jewelers, it is ground that few outlets face the decline, but manages to maintain the Break Even Point (BEP).

 

The jewelry and diamond industry, even after facing few jitters too experience the growth in the diamond sale along with the gemstone, silver and designer line. Diamond sale light up the mood of celebration in the jewelry retailers and jewelry marketplace for this holiday time of year. Granting to the study report, jewelry market faces ups and downs, but the seasons last moment was exciting with profitable sales that not merely maintained the BEP for some out outlets however gave profit to some. Jewelers delineated that the weather hurts the sale, the warm temperatures that is unusual for the time of year deaden the holiday mood.  The month of December shows around 16% hike in the sales, though people purchased less and the strange thing from the retailers was that the customers dint even ask for the discounts this time. Erin Bitzan, co-owners of the D.J. Bitzan Jewelers stated about their store sales experience, they encounter the clients who were excited about buying big gifts for their loved ones in addition the jewelry. Barrow’s Jewelers, co-owner, Lisa Barrow, who runs her shop in Ohio portrays her experience by saying that the clients who called her store were extremely motivated as they not only bought gifts for their own but too as a Christmas gift. As a conclusion, the jewelry market shows BEP.
